THE CON HAS COME AND GONE...
...But I had a fucking great time!
(The Walking Dead and Y: The Last Man will be my reading materials for the next few weeks)
So glad I chose to go this year and definitely pop my 'con cherry. And whether it was a brief hello or a long conversation it was great to meet and see Brandonjive, Bows, Clayhouse, Jaylin, and the rest of the NerdCast gang, the ever-present badass mamajamma known as RexArenn, sixsixty, Bob, Annika, Siouxsie, Chris_Gore and lil_tuffy.
So much to see and do, and the panels were incredible! Enjoyed the 15 minute montage that was shared at the Watchmen panel, though a certain lucky bastard who will remain nameless
got to see the whole movie at a special screening on Friday night. After all is said and done from the 'Con, I am TIRED AS HELL, and its nice to be back home.
ALMOST FORGOT!
The Hotel des Arts was an awesome experience as well! They ended up booking the rooms I wanted from my previous post so I decided to just upgrade to the Shepard Fairey & Tricia Choi Suite for fun.

AND ON A FINAL NOTE - I GOT A PLACE IN SAN FRANCISCO FINALLY!!!!
It's the one I wanted in the Haight/Ashbury area. The roomies seem to be really nice and a perfect fit for now. So these next few weeks will be filled with me selling all the stuff I have at this place that wont fit in my new one, school work (of course), and packing/moving into the city. WISH ME LUCK?!!! After I get settled in you'll be seeing me around the SF events for sure. Looking forward to it!

Everytime I hear Dirty Diana now, I think of that time the SGPDX group came and saw me at Sassys. Haha!
