I am sore sun burnt aching and in pain. But yesterdays kayaking trip on the san francisco bay was one of the best damn things i have ever done in my entire life! 
Funny story part of my kayaking trip was to learn rescue procedures both by your self and with a partner. I was in the water with my boat flipped over and my glasses off listening to the guy explain how to do a T rescue which is the partnered rescue and he stops mid sentence and the girl that was with us doesnt say a word and all i see while im tredding water in about 20 feet of water is the guy just point behind me. I sware my head turn so fast im surprised i dont have whiplash! All i see is this dark plurry obect swimming torwards me! Then as this is going on no one is saying anything for like two terrifing seconds while im trying to focus my blind eyes on what the fuck is swimminh behind me when the guy im with says "ohh its a harbor seal!" And the girl goes "awwwwww!" And i get soooo releaved. Lol twas an amazing day!!!!
