Happy Easter! Except I forgot today was Good Friday and ate a cheeseburger for dinner. But hey, Jeebus died for my sins and I'm gonna make it worth his while.

My bangs are finally doing what they are supposed to.



And I looked great for about 30 minutes until I started reacting to my new mascara and rubbed all my makeup off. Allergies are terrible and I never bother to do a test patch before I buy stuff. I need to learn to keep receipts. So that's why I'm not wearing any eye makeup in these shots - trying to stop my eyes from getting puffy before I head off to the Little Creature Cabaret in Fremantle tomorrow. If anyone else is going, give me a hoi - I'll be the one with the baby strapped to my chest.

Note: When I sprayed myself all over with tropical strength bug repellent, apparently I didn't do a good enough job because I now have a mossie bite on my ass (that big red splodge) and another one on my neck that will bug me all night (pun definitely intended) so I hope you guys think it's worth it.

Was fun to use flash with a long exposure time. My camera is only a point and click (Finepix S2000) because I can't afford anything better, but it does have some interesting effects on it.
