New blog its been a bit since my last blog, and ive been busy, very busy 
Had my first week of my 2nd year at university and its pretty much a running start, lots to do and very little time to do it in. My main module for this semester is Games Design and development, in our first lesson we got our main group assignment and once we had set our groups we came up with the idea for the game we were going to design and create. We are using Unreal Development Kit to create a puzzle game where the player guides a beach ball around a labyrinth of puzzles on the inside walls of a giant cube, this is going to be a lot of fun mainly trying to work out how to stick two fingers up at gravity and sort out the camera angles The added difficulty is that instead of using the keyboard and mouse, the player will control the ball by using a little gizmo called and accelerometer (theres one in iphones and wii controllers) this should be a lot of fun and hard work.
I decided to dye my hair dark blue for the start of uni, used to have it like that a while back and i like how it looks, it covers the grey hair im getting. I will go grey gracefully when i hit 35 im still young at the moment
There is a beautiful woman with great short messy orange hair working in the coffee shop across from the university, i think im ending up with a crush on her, should really ask her name but i just get to nervous and end up just smiling alot, she smiles back so its not all bad, maybe i will atleast ask her what her name is and see where it goes if i can work up the courage to do it, im pretty useless with actually talking to people and making small talk, once i know them im fine but until then im very quiet and pretty shy.
We have figured out that one of the guys in the house i really just a very young kid in a semi adult body, its a little cute but can be a lot of work. His tastes are very bland and he cant watch anything with the merest hint of blood, yet has no problem with Dead Rising 2 on his PS3. He is a nice guy just needs to experience a bit of life and maybe some good food and one or two good horror movies.
We went to see a film called Monsters at the cambridge film festival (without the forementioned guy) its not due to be released until November here but when it comes out its well worth seeing, the story is great and the setting of the alien infected zone is awesome.
