So here's the deal. Student film. Silent. Shot on 16 mm color for a cinematography student's project.
I am directing the film. I need a muscular/toned male (late 20s to early 40s) and a female (mid twenties to early thirties) for the film. There is extensive nudity and intimacy. I'm ideally looking for actors who have done nude work before and are aware of what is entailed. I can't stress enough the need for actors who are comfortable with their bodies.
The basic plot of the film is a woman's apartment is broken into and she is shot on video being sexually violated in her shower. Time passes, and she is sent the video tape in the mail, to which se responds with mild excitement but ultimately disgust at herself for getting excited.
You can expect a reel of work to walk away with. The shooting dates are coming up quickly (either Sunday 2.25 or Sunday 3.5) We will be shooting all day and will need a rehearsal the Saturday evening before the shoot.
We are tentatively holding casting on Wednesday at Columbia for both this project and another project shot by the same cinematographer. I have not a clue what the other film is yet, but it is likely to be shot in april or may. If you are interested in either project (especially mine, damnit) drop me a line through my profile asap.

i believe he is (or was) based out of Chicago, and his films seem to traffic in some similar thematic terrain to the projects i've seen you talk about.
not to mention the fact that it had a rather eraserhead-esque vibe to it...
