So my mom got hit my a drunk driver today. The guy (driving a huge dodge truck) slammed into and pushed her tiny little Scion 50ft. It totalled her car, which mind you is not even a month old. He was waisted at 10am. His family came out of the house that it happened in front of and moved his car out of the way without saying a word to my mom... fuck them.

I've been trying to get my shift covered all fucking day and my one friend (who is the only one that can do it) doesn't want to cuz he is a little stoned and he doesn't want to miss the huskie game on tv. Really? I considered him one of my best friends. No longer. He had more than 3 hours to get sober... and he still said no. Now he is ignoring all my calls and txts. Its not like I am just asking for the night off... its for a good reason. To top it off my whole family (my dad and sisters) came in from across the mountains to see my appartment and have lunch and I feel like I ruined it cuz I was so worried about my mom the whole time.

She is home now and resting and is just sore. They said they didn't see anything really wrong with her.... it still worries me.
