My puppy is seriously ill.... she is at the vet. I haven't heard yet what the xrays and blood work show... I am beyond scared. I promised her when we moved up here I'd take care of her, that no matter what she'd be happy and have a good life... sounds silly considering she is a dog but she has gotten me through alot and I love here with all my heart. I can't fix her, this is totally out of my league. Ugh. I am going to go curl up and start crying again.

i never really understood people's seemingly unrational loyalty towards their pets until my parents got a cat. now i totally get it, and he's old and sick and it's so emotionally heavy i'm almost embarrassed to admit it. but now i get it, so sending you and yours well-wishes.
Your pup is a member of the family. It's only natural for you to be this worried about her.
