anybody else watch "rescue me", the new denis leary show tonight? dude, the shit kicked way more ass than i thought it would. righteous. gnarly. tubular. other stupid surfer slang.
my mom for whatever reason bought me a kick ass set of poker chips. 400 pretty pretty pretty 8 gram clay poker chips that sit oh-so-snug in their felt lined rosewood veneer case. ooooooh i'm all-a-tingly. holy hyphentated adjectives, batman!
i also bought a bunch of good dvds the other day. interest rates be damned! aqua teen hunger force, season 2. unbelievably whatever the word is that you would describe this show that would put it in a very positive and off-kilter light. [goddamn hyphens. this has got to stop.] sealab 2021 season 1. fantastic, though i haven't gotten to the extras yet. and whooo, this means more hard drive space and no more staring at blurry real media. the "explosive" [their description, not mine] extended edition [it even says it on the menu screen] of "the bourne identity" [at least they didn't use the word extreme, then i would have to kill people]. hey, man, it was a kick-ass movie. explosions. death. good car-chase. and lola was in it. and season one of "millenium", that chris carter show that came out during like season 4 or 5 of x-files. it got really stupid at the end of its run, but i still remember almost every episode of that first season. and now i can watch it in surround sound. rock.
also: they might be giants- "the spine". that's really all i have to say about that.
saw this kid dave last night, quite randomly. haven't seen him in like 3 years, and not for probably 4 before that. he was my best friend growing up. it was very cool.
i think that's all for now.
