the razor

a thousand bullets in a thousand minuets
my voice spits a serrated image
I spoke and my words wouldnt phase her
grabbed my God by the throat and made him kiss the razor
choked on his halo and realized I was in danger
so I prayed this hail mary full of waste
and her alibi's left me with a bitter taste
these Jesus prancing spokesmen I couldnt chase
wheres your beacon of truth
your deacon still wont show me the proof
and I hope that collar fits tighter than a noose
shoveling up quotations with a crucifix
making children question their usefulness
sexual tormented youths innocents
and you cant alter my joy
not so easy to manipulate like the alter boy
this is more than no money in the plate
this is more than just questioning fait
this is more than just rape
this is the razor to my future I debate
a thousand children in a thousand positions
this is the sick truth you hide in your mission
you hide behind the church thats your decision
your sermons are just a little too hard to follow
my religious inclination is just a little too hollow
and your holy water is just a little too thick to swallow
I sat with Judas at the last feast
I thought finding God would find me peace
as I hold my rosary and stair into the eyes of the beast
I realize that six six six is just the sign of the priest
so I pull out my razor and show him release
