These trips backwards and forwards between Carlisle and Glasgow are becoming a bit of a pain really. Still, i'm actually writing this journal update on the road heading up though bonnie Scotland and it really is bonnie right now with the sun shining! I'll upload a photo with this journal entry so check my phone cam folder.
The Anime/Manga evening at Ottakars the other day was great, i was so suprised by the turn out (50 people give or take) with loads of them cosplaying. It was great to meet a bunch of fans closer to home... plus the had japanese snacks, sushi and i got to grill the head of Tokyopop UK. Plus i met a pretty girl in Fat Fingers (well, Fats, the bar used to be named Fat Fingers which i always prefered) which was quite a pleasure as it always is. ;-)
My grans business got sold anyway, 230,000 which wasn't too bad... more than she'll have got through an estate agent anyway but all that really matters is that she can now retire.
Right, gotta go, enjoy the Nottingham meet SGUK members!
