Hey do you ferment your beer in one carboy for two weeks then bottle it or do you transfer it to a second carboy for another week before bottling. Or a third option that I didn't list?

I've almost had my beer on for a week now.

I was actually wondering how long you leave it in the carboy, and if you switch it to a different carboy for additional settling. I'm not ready to bottle just yet.
