Nah, I'm up here in Stumptown I just chose Lichtenstein because it's one of the world's smallest countries and it's cool to say. I did live in Germany very briefly many, many years ago though. Ate more freaking hamburgers there than any other time in the whole rest of my life.

I'm of two minds on that issue. I wouldn't hang my own art around the house, because I'd constantly want to try to fix things, and having it permanently on my body would be even worse especially since it'd be someone else's version of my stuff. Better it just be their stuff. But then, if you're someone who really likes to look at your work, that can be an especially cool thing to have it to look at permanently. I lucked out with finding some artists who were good at kind of intuiting from what I told them what I wanted. Bonnie Jean is good in Eugene, and one of her guys I think is named Joey. He does amazing black-work.

My hubby was a brewing fool, he's still got all his snazzy equipment, but work has us pretty well occupied. We keep threatening to get back to it. The guy who owns the Willamette brew shop was a major source of motivation, boy do we miss him!!

I know who to make jailhouse wine- Pruno....

Yeah, I think I will try to start homebrewing when I come up on some cash. Who knows when that will be though. At least I have plenty of bottles lying around for whenever I do get the start up cash.

I was trying to write a semi-fictional book based on my experiences in Portland once. I got almost 100 pages into it, and shite got crazy and I lost all of my work. Writing is a good release though. Good luck with your writing...
