I called Booth and we drove the mouse first to the SPCA, who identified it and confirmed it was wild and that it was sick, and then to a central vet clinic where he will be picked up by Wild Arc, the local wildlife rehabilitation organization.

Guys HELLLLLP!!!
I just found this little guy, terrified and not moving much, just breathing heavily or so it appears, in front of my building. I picked him up and then he didn't want to leave my hands, so I brought him inside. But I can't even identify him, is he a mouse or a gerbil? (EEEP species identification fail.) Is he wild or domesticated? Is he even a he??
I can't just let him sit outside scared, so I'm calling everyone I know who might know what to do. I guess I could always take it to a veterinary clinic? Maybe?
Any suggestions much appreciated!
