It is nearly 4. I am still up doing freelance work. I wonder how late I can get up without infringing on productivity.

And yes. Shooting live stuff is becoming blah -- I shot the Epitaph Tour last week. As I was there just to build portfolio and hopefully take pictures that someone will use -- I did not enjoy the music. Well, of what I saw. I was also very late, missed the first half. But in general, it wasn't my thing.

No pictures worth putting up. Some decent ones but sometimes you just don't want to post photos of bands you don't listen to, even if the picture is ace. They're always nice people though. So far. Every band has been friendly and that's all you can ask for really. That and something interesting to shoot. Wish I was somehow official photog there so I could go to the annual punk rock bowling thing in Vegas and bowl (which I LOVE...I don't know if any of you knew this but I used to bowl every monday for 2 years) and take pictures of everyone else when it's not my turn. My friend d. was telling me about it last year. And then she reminded me this year. But I got the message an hour after she left for Vegas.


BUT GOOD NEWS! Yay for good stuff. Two of my films made it into VC Film Fest -- which is the Los Angeles Asian Film Festival April 28-May 5. I will bother all of you when it is time to screen. That same documentary that won Audience award a couple weeks ago made it in. WOO. I am excited!
