the last couple of weeks have been jammed with things things things.

i worked as stills photog for two russian features (directed by the same guy, both featuring michael madsen) and boy is that madsen fellow out-to-lunch. and he's one mean and dirty motherfucker too.

he gives off this badass persona but he nearly cried during one of the scenes when he started to remember a couple of the things that are crushing his life right now.

but enough slander.

it was a good experience, i'll post pictures as soon as i'm done sorting the 1540 pictures i took. yeah, 4.3 gb of info.

i'm looking for an apartment right now. i'm starting to hanker for parking. i like the area i live in now and might only move away from it if i find something great slightly east of here.

I saw Last Life in the Universe last week and I am in love with the film, the lizard book, and death by falling coconut (which is not in the film but something i am obsessed with). See it, please.

I also saw Hero but that's a whole 'nother thing that my pro-taiwanese independence ass isn't sure i'm ready to tackle without further reading.



After all this time I'm still amused by the robot.
