everyone was very helpful, thank you. I really appreciate the messages and the recommendations. I made an apointment earlier this week and went and already I'm starting to feel so so much better.

However, the doctor I picked ended up being way out of what I can afford and I might not be able to keep going and I'm not willing to go into debt to go to therapy because that will surely make me just as upset. I am working it all out and again, thanks.
