Got a loan on my old house so on Wednesday I will be getting a check and buying my ex out of it. I have a lot of work on the house and I have a one year penalty if I sell so I will have to move back into it. I am thinking of fixing it up some in July and moving into it in August.
My GF just called and said that she found a ring (wedding) that she really likes, so I guess I'll be buying a ring soon.
