What a week this has been so far. I am going through a divorce and working my butt off to pay the house bills (that I don't live at) because my soon to be Ex, has gotten so lazy that she doesn't have any income now. I have been working 6 days a week & up to 14 hours a day trying to catch up on the bills (we were a 2 income family, and needed both incomes to pay the bills). Now for the catch, she has hired an attorney that wants to go after what I am making now to pay that lazy B**ch a spousal support & child support. Now don't get me wrong, I totally believe in child support. He is my sun and I will pay child support happily, but I am not going to continue to work 10 to 14 hours a day and 6 days a week just to pay out too much support payments, and Nevada doesn't have a spousal support law in the first place. It would be different if I made really good money and I had been supporting the family all along, but thats not the case here.
Anyways, it's nice to vent. To me, that is part of why SG is here. Maybe not for everyone, but maybe for some. It's nice reading what others are going through and that they are trying to work through it.
I realize that I am the same age as most of the parents of SG, but I can assure u, I haven't grown up yet so in some ways there are probably some 20 yr old people here that are more focused.
