Do you ever feel out of place? Do you know how it feels to have people around you make you feel out of place? I understand when someone I don't know or someone I hardly know wants to make me feel out of place with them but what if it was someone that you live with? A family member that you love? What if you had a family member tell you that they don't love you but they tell EVERYONE else that they Love them. They are O.K. with telling their friends (good friends and not so good friends) that they love them, They tell the dog that they love the f***ing dog but they wont tell you that they love you. You know that Family will always be family and their friends will come and go. You love that person so much, but you have to sit by and watch why they tell everyone else how much they love them and just sit by out of place because you are only family by marriage. I have heard of kids saying that they feel out of place from their parents and that is NOT right. But you can get the same cold shoulder from your kids too.
