I think i've become addicted to Ikea. My friend turned me on to the place a few days ago and all I can think about is redecorating my space with their products. i've already purchased a new mattress and bed frame.
So I'm off to Vegas in a few days to see Interpol and hope to be able to sneak into Coachella on Sunday. I''m really excited to be heading out to Vegas because i've actually never been there. I wanna find out if it's true about what they say goes on over there....

Yea eating meat (and eat every 3 hours period) has really helped me. I used to have problems with anemia and fatigue. Walking to the grocery store could wipe me out some days. Finally my boyfriend and his mom convinced me. She is in her 60s and is a runner, but in her about a decade back had nearly died from all sorts of deficiencies. Every since eating meat I have a whole new kind of energy. SUSTAINED energy. I think before I was kind of living frustose high to fructose high. I can't tell you what to do, but I would consider eating just a little white meat even just once a week if you are feeling fatigued all the time.
Hm what was your other question? workout routines? I can't help you there. I had to go to a trainer to get all my exercises. GOOD LUCK
