well all the snow has gone, just loads of slush and ice left now, roads and pavements are really slippery. I suppose the country will start to get back to some sort of normality now LOL, although there is still quite a lot of snow in some areas.
I feel good this morning a little tired maybe, but had a workout this morning before breakfast, and I am doing my ashtanga practice at lunchtime, so on my way to getting fit again LOL,
