good morning everyone, hope you are all well and happy,
I had Agnostic front, riot riot upstart CD in the car yesterday not listened to it for ages and i had forgotten how good the album is. Here is a track from the album:

so I am due to go to judo tonight but i am still suffering with knee pain from a few weeks ago I went last week and it wasnt too bad but then because i was trying to protect my knee all class, i ended up with a very sore ankle for a few days. So I may go to class and just take my time or I may miss it this week and wait until I am 100%. I have found it hard at work this week due to the knee and ankle pain, and my personal yoga practice has had to suffer for the last few weeks, no full lotus, or lotus variation postures. I hope it gets better soon, it is certainly heading in the right direction.
