God its getting cold here, went to go to work yesterday morning and had to scrape ice off the car, glad it has a heated windscreen makes it so much faster.
So its going to cost me a small fortune over the next few months to run my yoga centre as it cost loads to heat it, but at least during summer i dont use the heaters at all, so i suppose it evens itself out over the year.
I had a hair cut yesterday, normally have my head shaved but thought i would have it a little longer this time so just had a trim, doesnt look too bad either, sorry i have no pics at present.

been a big ST fan since their second album, long long long time ago, got to meet Cyco Mike Muir a few years ago at the astoria in London, didnt have a camera with me to get a pic which was a real shame, but hey i got chance to say thanks for all the music over the years, this band kept me focussed through all the bad times in my youth.
