Must-update-journal!

I've been spending my time alternately dealing comics to couch commandoes, Star Wars miniatures to armchair galatic generals, directing frazzled housewives and grandparents to find barely-described toy items at Toys-R-Us and begging with my insurance carrier.

I've been successful with all but the last. They told me right out that they wouldn't cover my unlucky posterior. Curses!

Where's my loyal army of paratrooping badgers when I need it, huh?

It seems that God has a plan to keep me from seeing anybody. There's two different girls at the toy store that appear to be good company and through the vagaries of scheduling, I haven't had the opportunity to see either of them for going on three weeks.

This is getting rediculous!! Here I am ready to bull through the inevitable anxiety attack that always comes on when I speak with the fairer sex and they aren't even around! *pants* *straightens tie*
