I'm sore! Achy! Worn out! And it didn't happen in bed! Aargh!!
Seriously though, Storey and I just helped Velvet_Night salvage her stuff from her apartment that she is vacating. Her ex had himself a little temper tantrum and trashed their place. The three of us spent a few hours cleaning the place out.
On the upside, I got to play with a fun-loving and boisterous ferret which was quite entertaining. He's the first ferret I've made acquaintance with and such a friendly sort he is.
By the way, if anyone wants a ferret, Velvet_Night has one to give to a good home! He comes with a cage and hammock!
My dream job as a 60-70 something: I want to play the cannon! Get this: Who exactly, do you get to fire the cannon at a symphony when they're playing the 1812 Overture? It's going to be me!

Thanks again for helping! I don't know what I would have done without you guys. As for Jinx... I found a no-kill ferret rescue that is taking him tonight and will find him a home for me. I'll really miss that lil' bugger.
