Hey guys! I suck at being a regular contributor, but so much is going on in my life.
I have been accepted to the program in USA and shall be living in New Jersey from mid-February and am really excited about that! First visit to the US! There are levels, where it cannot come soon enough. I quit my job for it, that I no longer enjoy, I made some changes and am currently sorting out all the important paperwork...
On the other hand, Murphy's law strikes again! I have met this amazing guy, who treats me like a princess, is kind and gentle and warm and also fantastic in all the places that matter. I am so madly in love! <3 Perfect timing. We can have about four months together, from start until I leave to the USA and it came too late to change my mind. All my contracts are signed, resignation is submitted, I have handed in notice for my flat as well... and I just have to go! If I would cancel the trip, whatever bumps would pop up on the way in the relationship, I would always remember that I have given up something big for him. And I cannot do that to myself and definitely cannot do that to him either. He deserves better. So the ruling is we wait until I'm done. Right now, there are aspects that are complicated anyway, so at least these will get sorted on the way.
