Today's not a good day. First, I got up early to go to the doctor, who treated my wrist and prescribed me some cream. I picked that up, went home. Had avocado with yogurt, which is not as good as with milk.

Then took my pet rat Antonia (one of my pet rats) to the vet, because she's acting weird and is apathetic The news is not good. She has something on her lungs, so I got antibiotics for her, which I should be injecting, but the worse problem is, that she seems to have a brain tumour. On the way home it was raining and later, she bit right through my thumb Which is very surprising, because she has always been such a mellow girl, who let me do anything.
She did that while I was on the tube, with plenty of people around, right through her carrier box. I tried to pretend nothing happened and applied pressure with my finger, to stop it from bleeding all over, but I just couldn't. I've had biting pets before, but this one was by far the most painful and the tears just spilt over. Couldn't hold it in. I don't think any of the people on that were there are ever getting a pet rat Once I started, I couldn't really stop, because I had to acknowledge, that she really does have a tumour and this last change in her bizzare behaviour over the last 24 hours proves the nasty theory. So I might have to go back later today or tomorrow, to put her to sleep

Needless to say, that the doctor and the vet were my food money. I really need my food vouchers
