ok to go more in depth about will do about anything to combat boredom......first off being deployed to Iraq is 99% boredom and the other 1% is straight fear, insanity and the chorus of combat will bring out every thing in you (mad minute that is if you know what I mean). well anyways back to the boredom part well you see I live in a tent....(not your normal tent you go camping in it is a hole lot bigger then that). well the 8 other people that live in the tent with me happen to find a kendo stick (bamboo sward) and a hard hat. at one point thought it was a good idea to put the hard hat to the test (yes that means put it on and have another person whack the shit out of you) well it sounded like a good idea at the time and let me tell you it was funny as shit. and then the real fun started, it then went to the Kevlar helmet test (the helmet is made to take a bullet and sharp metal) well I took a running jumping start and wicked the hell out of miller (guy that lives in the tent with me) and the kendo stick breaks over his helmet.... well not really his helmet more like his shoulder the stick glanced off his helmet and then hit his shoulder. well it pasted the test and for miller's shoulder well lets just say it is tender and has a nice welt on it............
