so i went to the city to buy something to wear to this AWESOME concert experience on sunday, and as much as my friend had wonderful intentions, he took me to lovely funky shops filled with woredrobes i would love to fill my closet full of.....that of course only go to a size 14. i am a size 16 IF IM LUCKY. because of my chest usually an 18. so i was reminded of 2 things, one, why i havent tried to shop in whyte ave since high school, and two, i am so determined to get healthy. but all in all it was a good time. i got to see a lot of cool shops i hadnt ever been to before, got to hang out with one of my favorite people to hang out with, and had a really fantastic meal at the high level dinner which i had not yet been to.
and then i was reminded yet again why my friend with benefits is such a wonderful guy. earlier in the week, when i needed a 3hr vent and a couple good beer, he was there with good ears. then after being deflated by stores who dont feel the need to let bigger woman dress funky, he made out with me and made me feel sexy. a great friend when i need it, fantastic lover when i need it.
looking forward to the weekend.
peace

haha indeed it does. But i will say that on the whole people in Alberta seem to be alot friendlier than some BC heads. I dono why this is. Just seems people are more sociable.
