so tomorrow starts the official dawn of the new schedule, for me, ive been working loki into his for about a week. he seems settled, doesnt mind naps again, so its all good to go. now to just get me to have some will power and force myself to sleep early evey night. before midnight. yup there it goes. it must be done. i will be more productive in EVERYTHING i want to get doing if i sleep earlier and more regularly.
i started meditating again. 2 nights in a row, and i already feel better, tonight will be night # 3! w00t.

Thank you. I've been having trouble sleeping also, but recently got on some meds to help me get my eight hours. I was goin crazy for a while there, sleep deprivation is fucked. you feel fine, but you mind is unbalanced and I didn't even realize I needed help until I actually when britney spears bat shit crazy for a while. I like your confidence and how productive you're being! thats awesome, but also realize there will always be more work and things to do, it never ends. Take time for yourself, for your own body and mind. Take care
