so i have worked 2 shifts in ER so far this week and i am already feeling much more confident. before this week i hadnt worked there in about a month maybe more, and i had only worked 2 shifts on my own. that is not enough time to get good at your job, if i hadnt gotten this position i was actually going to tell my ER boss that i didnt want to work there anymore as i hate doing a job poorly and i wasnt getting enough shifts to become excellent at my job. but i love it. mind you it has been 2 fairly slow evenings, but it is nice to get a feel for it that way. i like it when it is busy too though. and im pretty sure that the docs i worked with tonite were impressed. i know my nurses are happy i got the position. and tomorrow i get to work a 12hr shift instead of a 6hr, so that is nice too. if you are there all day you know who was there and who wasnt, half days leave you going, 'um was so-and-so here earlier? and of corse non of the nurses were there the whole day either, so no one knows, lol. im happy and my two projects are going to go through,

oh and just as important is my tattoo touch ups! i will be taking pics when healed(because that is when i expect to get my new camera!!!!!!!!) they are my free birds. i got one on may 10th the day after the ex and i took a 'break' and the second when i had made the decision not to go back to him. i love my free birds!
