so not only did we get a place, but ed and inez's parents are care takers for the building and the one they live in and i geuss his dad doesnt want to have both buildings under his belt anymore. so they asked us to be caretakers for the building. it's funny to look back to a year ago when mike bud and i were getting evicted.i knew to get evicted and premoted in the same week was uber lame. some one screwed up, and since my ex landlord was releaved from her position some time later i think this is an indication that i was not crazy and she in fact was.(i saw her today and thought it ironic.)
i took loki for pictures at walmart because its super cheap and i have this really beautiful picture frame that goes by months until 1yr that i need to fill. i got the pics back today. i cant get over how unbelievably adorable he is, i will have to scan the pics, probably not until we move though. we are going to pack the rest of this room up tomorow,mikes game room so he can have his own space in my moms place. im extatic that we have our own place. i could feel it putting a huge strain on mine and mikes relationship and having a living room with a yoga corner and a gaming/entertainment center and a room for us and one for loki will help us relax.
mike bought me flowers and a stuffed blue gorilla today. and a card with a little boy closing his eyes while a toy godzilla bites his nose. it was awesome.
my boss planned the most elaborate april fools prank ever where she called everyone in for a staff meeting and the sent us all on a scavenger hunt around town to find her and our new asst.manager at a restaurant in town where they would buy us all breakfast. we never had a christmas party and i am glad because i couldnt have gone since my pregnancy was such a drag.so i was super pumped to go plus my team got back to the store first cuz i knew almost all the answers. pays off to go past small talk with your boss in the mornings when shes training you.
well im tired cuz babies do that to you.
