i think i have a tooth absess. lameness to the max. so i made a dr at work give me a prescription and i see the dentist first thing in the morning.

so i have ran on my eliptical 2 days in a row, today running for an extra 5 mins, making it 25mins, no breaks. which is a record for me. im really impressed with myself, im not going to lie. and i feel really great.

i would be a crazy person to try and work out today. so my rest day has been moved up. my thighs are burning. lunges are killer.
i have lots to do today, so having an extra hour from not working out will be benificial anyhow. lots to clean up. just kinda wastin time till the man falls asleep so i can shower.
