OK, update time. I was finally talking to a professional photographer friend of mine today and it sounds like he knows of a beautiful place for us to shoot a set. He's great. First he prefaces it with," ok let me tell you, this place is a little dangerous. The guy who lives beside it has pulled a gun on me before." So, I'm getting more interested. Then he explains it's an old church abandoned in the 60's with an altar remaining and moss growing up the walls. He says the glow of the sunlight coming through the windows is just amazing too. He says he learned if he parks far away from this church and then we walk to it, that crazy redneck with his gun shouldn't show up. I guess if I hadn't worked with this photographer before and didn't have so much faith in his ability, I'd be a little shy of this place. But, he is a true artist and I've always been up for a little risk so we tentatively scheduled the 15th for a shoot or a least a get together-talk about it thing. Another idea for this, he wants to know if I have a wedding dress. This cracked me up as the basis of a shoot because all of my friends here know me as someone who got married at 19 and is now getting divorced. Just a little factoid SG land doesn't really know... Anyhoo, this thought entertains me very much. I think it would be great to appear naked on the net tearing off a wedding dress given my current state in real life. So wrapping up, do any of you guys have little young marriage anecdotes to share, or any interesting divorce stories? Feel free to share on here.
