The place you heard about is called the Foundation Room. It's really nice my friends use to go all the time.

For cheap shopping, good luck if you stay on the Strip. There is the Fashion Show Mall on the Strip. It looks awesome on the outside, inside its like any other mall with better stores in it though thats the cheap shopping on the strip. Theres this store I used to go to all the time on Eastern Ave. called Hottie its pretty cheap and has really nice clothes. There are also two outlets. One is off of Warm Springs and the bus will take you there, not a long ride at all.

I suggest taking the bus..it runs up and down the strip 24 hours a day. It costs $5 dollars for a 24 hour pass. You can get it on the bus. It's so much cheaper. It even goes to Freemont street, which is cool to go walk around and get drunk. The largest T.V. screen is there and theres a show that runs every hour on the hour I believe. Also it takes you to the Downtown Station and to the South station over near where I used to live.

Every Hotel has its own Mall in it. Ceasars has the best mall in my opinion, its called the Forum Shops. The Aladdin has the Desert Passage which is good too.

For Cheap food you could always do the buffets. The one at the Rio is suppost to be the best. I never went to any of the buffets though. Margaritaville has good food and its a good place to drink. Theres usually live music there at night. It's a band called Industry I know two of the guys in the band one use to be my manager at Planet H. They do 80's covers there.

For cheap drinks to start off I'd go to the Casino Royale its $1 frozen margarittas and michaloebs. La Salsa has the big frozen margarittas they are huge. The one in the Forum shops was my fav. I went there after work a lot.
