Well matey I be figuring on some upadting

Ok, well besides being more active SG, and myspace.
here in Afghanistan is almost comming to a close. Lets face it I need some closure on this chapter of my life.

At the moment I am working out twice a day, my wieghtlifting at 2pm (I'm stuck benching 285) and My cardio at 7pm.
Working of course as a Medic and my free time goes to all you lovley people.

As some of you may or may not know I am a Brown Belt in Judo, I cant wait to get home and do some competing.

I am also Seriously thinking about moving to San Diego or Laguna Hills....I hate FL. and I got deep pockets so the cost of living is A-OK with me..........
I cant wait

So my plan is to let you guys or girls desighn it.. if your up to it..
