Hello all. Things are going pretty well. Chances are, I will get back together with my ex-wife. The challenge is knowing whether that is the right thing for me. I'm fairly certain it is the right thing for my son, though certainly the ongoing health of my relationship with my ex will play a big role for him.

I just spent 7 hours at work. I had more to do, but needed to get out of there and relax. I feel like I should have gone to the gym afterwards, but I drove right by.

I am the fattest guy in my gym. Sigh. I am motivated to lose weight by my upcoming 20th high school reunion. But it's not motivating enough. Little by little, I suppose.
