Left work early because there was nothing to do and in case I haven't mentioned it's not the most enjoyable place to be. The plan is to spend the extra time I've got practicing piano but I've got a feeling I'm going to be on this computer untill it's time for me to rush out the door.
I've been doing a bit of research into what exactly I need to make the upgrade to my recording equipment work and I seem to be getting stuck because the ADAT machine I own is pretty ancient technology. They are still used everywhere but the support for them in regards to connecting them to computers isn't. Seems that in order to synchronize the ADAT with the computer it's going to involve buying another piece of equipment instead of just plugging directly into a sound card. Good news is that there's a big interest free sale coming up at the local music store where I've got an account so I'll be able to save some money.
