I think I like long weekends more for the fact that it means a shorter work week. I sometimes dread going to a place that is so full of angry, self hating people. It gets really boring listening to the same complaints day after day.
I got the new Cradle Of Filth album "Nymphetamine" in the mail yesterday. I had pre-ordered it from their website because I thought it would mean I'd get it before it was released in stores( silly me ). At least I got it though. I've been a little apprehensive about buying things on-line since I got burned buying from E-Bay. Now all I need is the shoes I ordered from Adbusters and I can quit worrying.
My brother's gone back to Alberta for work. I mentioned to him about getting a place together in the New Year when he comes back here at Christmas time. It'll give him some time to think about it. For me, it would be ideal. He'd pay half the rent and only use the place 3-4 weeks every 6 months. If he dosn't go for it I've got my eye on a few other options. Things have been going okay with my Dad but I really don't need a repeat of that fight we had.
