Thanks to ThisAintNoPicnic for supplying this one. I'm having trouble with the one chrisnail_and_i sent me because there is a filter on the email here that dosn't allow attachments to be saved to the harddrive. Not my computer so I can't go messing around trying to disable it.

Anyone excited about the Olympics besides me? The time zone difference works out pretty good this year for a change. I was getting up in the wee hours of the morning when the Winter Games were held in Nagano back in 98 to watch curling. No really. It holds some strange fascination for me
Going to take it easy tonight. I kind of screwed my elbow up at Aikido last night but it was one of those injuries you're not aware of untill the next day. I found out the painful way at work when I realised I couldn't lift a case off the shelf without wincing. Think it's just swollen or something, be fine by tommorow.
