I contacted the British High Commision in Ottawa to see what was up with my visa application. Turns out they had e-mailed me back in April requesting more information but used had used the wrong e-mail address. Someone had written in a _ instead of a -. You'd think that they would have tried writting a letter or phoning after all this time. I feel like I've walked into that movie Brazil by Terry Gilliam. So now I've got to go back to court next week to get my court order changed. Not impressed. Realistically it's going to be too late for me to get plane tickets to travel to England in September but I'm going to try anyways. That way I can tell my cousin I did everything I could to get to her wedding.
