Woke up yesterday feeling .
To much sun the day before and me, the big dummy, didn't wear a hat. I had spent a few hours trying out my new bow at the archery club and there is no shade what so ever. Live and learn I guess. Made it through work in spite of a splitting headache and muscles that felt like jelly but decided to come home and sleep instead of going to Iaido. Feeling much better today which is a good thing because...
Tonight is the Summer Party for SGVancouver and myself and a few other intrepid souls will be sailing the Strait of Georgia to join them.
Good times all around tonight getting to eat some good food and meet some great people. Sure, it's a bit far to go for dinner but it's not that hard to get there so what the hell.
