WTF!!!
My ISP has changed it's start page and almost every time I try to get here I get an error message.Obviously not this time,so I'm going to rant.
This is fucking stupid!!It's not just this site either but this is the one that I miss most of all.Why can't companies just leave shit alone instead of always trying to "improve customer service".The new start page is now full of useless information and lots of flashy graphics,a big waste of time and money IMHO.
I e-mailed them 3 days ago and am still waiting for a reply.There's customer service for you.Bunch of fucking coporate bastards (grumble mutter grumble)

Sorry never responded to your group post about my time in Aikido and "being active"-I still don't know if it would have been worse for me without it; I think that's one of those questions better not to ask yourself. Today I'm grateful for all the time, training and experiences. I definitely think I would have been closer to dying without it but that may gotten me to stop sooner.
