I swear...if I never hear another fucking Christmas carol again I'll be a happy boy.

I just spent the last four weeks recording,editing and mixing an acapella performance of Christmas music for this woman. By all that's holy it was a punishment that only the devil itself could have created. Bad enough was the the repetition of "Jingle Bells" and "Silent Night", but this woman was under the misguided impression that an hour's worth of recorded material could be turned into a commercially releasable product with a scant three hours of work.
HAH, fat chance there Ellie.
Thankfully, it's done...not that it's actualy done done, my inner perfectionist cringes at that assesment...but the original plan, and what I had agreed, was for this recording to be sent to her 80 year old mother in Northern Ontario. For it to make it there in time it had to go today.
Never again do I allow my softer side to get invoved in stuff like this
