Busy, busy, busy...
Still crazy overtime at work and this is supposed to be a quiet time. I've been warned to expect 12-14 hr days during January, traditionally a busy month for office supply stores. I'm sure fenris23 can relate. Did meet the owner the other day and I think I made a fairly good impression ..well at least I wasn't escorted from the building.
Still getting used to working for a company that is so progressive. Periodic testing on procedures? Managers asking you to recite the company slogan and rewarding you with $20? Weird stuff.
Did manage to get my piano lessons switched to Saturday so yaa I don't need to drop out. I've been going to the Conservatory and practicing for an hour on the Grand Piano's there before work. Areal nice way to start the day, except when I get frustrated by my lack of skill. Why oh why didn't I have this dedication when I was a teenager? I could have been a star.
