Today, for the second time, i was threatned by the local police to pay a gigantic fine for being in the park (no one around) with my 2little dogs sleeping near me without leash...
what the fuck is going on with this ridiculous new civic laws???
Barcelona used to be famous for its relaxing, easy going athmosphere, the bohemian life, the artists and the incredible tolerance and freedom... and that was something really fascinating.
But since 5 year from now everything is changing and i see this city becoming another sufocating, intolerant, strick place where nothing is allowed anymore. Isnt it enough that animals have to spend entire days, locked up in small appartments?? Now they are not allowed to run and play in the parks, they have to be leashed all times, no matter if you have a poodle or a chihuahua, they have to be contained!
A couple of weeks ago, a vet told me, the policia local fined an old lady (widow with no family) for walking her 13 year old blind little dog without leash, the fine was way HIGHER than the lady's monthly retirement allowance and i wonder... how the fuck is this old woman gonna pay this month of renting, food and medicine now that her surviving money goes to pay bullshits like this???
some of the new civic laws make illegal:
hanging out your cloths out to dry (wich has always been the norm in sunny southern europe)
children are not allowed to play football (soccer) in the parks
dogs have to be leashed all times
cant play music in the parks freely
cant feed the street cats (but leting them starve to death or thirst is ok!!)
Not even mentioning how squatting has been so heavly punnished with thousands of euro fines
what the fuck???
Laws of civism are another lie and another way to steal people's freedom and rights...

Faz pouco tempo uma senhora bem velhinha, foi multada por passear o seu cachorro cego de 13 anos pq ele nao tava atado e o preo da multa era MUITO mais alto do que o $$ que a pobre mulher recebe da aposentadoria, como ela nao tem familia, nem imagino como vai pagar aluguer, comida, e medicamentos, agora que perdeu mais de 1 mes inteiro de $$ com que sobrevivia.
Barcelona costumava ser muito liberal, agora est se tornando uma puta cidade repressora, nao se pode fazer nada...
At estender a roupa no varal virou ilegal pq estraga a esttica da cidade... como se o planeta nao tivesse "fodi..." com poluiao, ainda fazem essas leis forando as pessoas a consumir mais energia...
Num pais cheio de sol, nao vejo a razao para ter que usar uma secadora...
Tb nao entendo pq as crianas nao podem jogar futebol no parque, ou pq nao se pode alimentar os gatos de rua...
enfim...
A cidade da okupaao e do estilo de vida alternativo j era...
