HOLY SHIT.
I think I just found my long lost bowling partner from when I was in 5th grade. I was 9. We didn't go to school together or anything of the sort. We only knew each other through the bowling league. He was actually my first ever crush. But I blame him for that...he liked me first. haha
Valentine's weekend, we had a game, like any other normal weekend. I go to move his coat off a chair that I wanted to sit it, and he ran over and wouldn't let me sit. He insisted that I leave his coat there. Wtf? I wanna sit down! haha So when he goes up to bowl, I move his coat...and what do I see on the chair? I see the most adorable, hand crafted, construction paper Valentine's Day car addressed to me. It even had a little pop-out heart! Of course, at 9 yrs old, you don't really know how to react...So Danielle (my other teammate, who I'm still friends with...we actually went to nursery school together, and then became friends again from bowling...SMALL WORLD!!!) and I started to giggle. Hector comes running over, grabs the card and tears it into a thousand pieces before throwing it out. He was then pissy each week until the end of the season. I felt so bad! I shouldn't have laughed, but what else is a kid supposed to do. I wasn't at an age where I looked at boys like that. I was a goofy little tomboy who whore a backwards cap! But I did like him...He was sweet and no other boy has ever done anything as sweet as that. None of my boyfriends ever made anything for me...psh! After the season was over, Hector moved to god knows where...My sister actually gave him my screen name, address and phone number on the last day of bowling. But I never heard from him. I still actually have the same screen name! But he's not why.
I tried to get his screen name or address from my 3rd teammate, Danny...but he was an asshole and didn't give me anything. I think the two of them were best friends or something....
I can't believe I found him! 12 years later, and I find him through Devin's Facebook. Devin is a guy I met at my friend Jeff's birthday party. Jeff and I were classmates and friends in 12th grade. I met Devin at Jeff's birthday party, and Devin and I had a mutual attraction and were flirting most of the night. Nothing came of it, and Devin went off to school and got a girlfriend. No big deal, Devin's kinda doofy and I don't think anything would've come of it if he stayed home. So, Devin graduated a couple years ago and out of nowhere he invited me to his birthday party. I look at his page and see that he's single....hmm....I think, maybe he remembered that I exist and he wanted another go at it? Hahaha I didn't go though, because I was hosting a party the same night. The other day, Jeff comes out of nowhere and invited me to his birthday party! Lol is this for Devin or you just miss me? WELL, I can't go to his party either, because I'm hosting the same night AGAIN. You guys really pick shitty nights, yknow that? haha
So anyway...I was just looking at Devin's profile pics, and see a comment left by Hector *insert last name here*. HOLY SHIT, IT CAN'T BE. I click on him, and his profile is totally blocked, but I can see that one initial profile picture. OF COURSE, he's got his hat tipped down and his face angled down, so I can see only like a quarter of his face. But it's enough to recognize. I'm pretty sure it's him, because my heart skipped a beat and then my heart and blood flow started to rush like crazy. I freaked out a bit, because I was totally shocked to have found this kid. I entertained the thought in the past, and tried looking for him, but I spelled his last name wrong. haha
I do occassionally think about him and "the good ol' days". I still can't believe I found him! I'm gobsmacked. I love it. I love this tiny world I live in.

Paramore tonight with friends, drinks afterwards...Party at Rick's tomorrow night and Ronan is gunna be there...Rehearsal went great last night and it's gunna be amazing on Sunday! I found my long lost bowling buddy! Woohoo! Yea!!
