This was quite the weekend!......kinda....
Met up with some friends on Friday at a local bar. Had one drink that made me quite drunk. I barely at that day, and it was a really shitty, most likely too strong, long island iced tea. I love those things, but that one was nasty! At first. I got drunk FAST, so the taste didn't bother me for too long. hahaha
I was chattin it up with my friend John. We go back to like 10th grade. We're old school buds! I love that guy. We're basically the female and male version of the same person. We get each other. So much so that one of the girls in our group that night said that we were 'so cute together'. hahaha yea....I love him, but not like that. Physically....will never be my type. And I would never want to risk that friendship anyway.
Saturday was school and then met up with some new friends (Alex, his gf Kim, and his coworker Stephanie) at a pool hall. I actually played! AND SUCKED. But it was fun and I don't care! haha
Sunday...hm....wtf did I do....oh yea! I slept till 3pm and then went out at around 9:30pm to a 'friend's' house in Oyster Bay. He's pretty cute and an ass. So that's the perfect combination for all girls to like, right? Haha yea..I've known him since....2007? I met him under quite odd circumstances. I was going to a haunted house a few years back in 2006 I believe, with some coworkers. We were going to meet up there with a 5th person (me + 3 others in my car) and I got lost. Julie, the 5th member doesn't have a cell phone, so she borrowed some guy's and called me to see where I was at. I hung up with her after letting her know my situation (my car also broke down, but I got a jump and a guide to the haunted house). I forgot one last thing, so I quickly called her back, while also realizing she didn't have a phone, so I hung up, god knowing who's phone I was calling. He called me back later on and I didn't pick up, so he texted me and we started talking from then on. I found out that he worked for Gamestop too (ACTUALLY, THE ONE I NOW WORK AT, but not then) and so we friended each other on xboxlive and then voice chatted for a long time. We finally met in person, with a whole group, for the Borat midnight release. He was pretty cute and nice, and so was Jim, the manager of where I've now been working for over 2 years. I had come to hate working at my 1st Gamestop location, and Jim and I had developed a friendship from meeting at Borat. Soooo....Jim actually had a crush on me, so he got be transferred to his store quite easily. haha...I had no idea that he was crushing...he's a quiet dude, so things like that aren't obvious.......I love that story! I met so many cool people thanks to my getting lost and Julie not having her own phone. I wouldn't trade the world for the people I've met. Most of my friends are from this story and so is my ex bf, Alex. *sigh* I love bizarre happenings like this!
After I left Tom's at around 1, I went to another local bar, where my friend Mer works every sunday night. I hung out there with a couple mutual friends till 4AM!! I got literally only 2 hours of sleep last night. I'm running on that, and a 5hr energy shot. My heart is going to explode.
