So I kind of started eating a little better over the past couple of weeks...I think...lol
And so far I worked out last wednesday and last night. Twice in a week.
And I'm down 5lbs! I am now 175lbs...no more 180! Only 35lbs to go! Unless I look/feel super sexy with a little more or less weight on me. I'm really not trying to go by numbers, cuz it's all bullshit (ppl's bodies are different, and I'm prime example. I may be 175, but I fit into clothes that a person 20lbs lighter than me would fit into...I'm naturally a little more muscular than most I suppose. I certainly don't look my weight.), but this is a rough estimate of what I think I may weigh in the end.
