Alice had another appointment yesterday and her blood sugar results arent too bad, she may still need insulin but only once a day which is great news, we are both sticking to the diet and doing really well, i have lost 3 lbs so far so i am no longer a fat fucker hahaha.

some months ago i joined the pen pal group and sent some letters out and got some replies, but unfortunately i have been so unreliable and not sent any more letters out so i have left the group, for some reason i just never sat down and wrote any letters to people. the ironic thing is i still want a penpal who i can write letters to, any offers. i think it will be easier if i had just one penpal to write to.

I still dont have a job and i am getting frustrated.
